Flip Flop
Flipflop is a binary storage device. It can store binary bits either 0 or 1. It is also known as 1-bit memory cell.
Register
1. To increase storage capacity, we have to use group of flip flops is known as Register. The 'n' register consists of 'n' number flip-flops and is capable of storing 'n bit' word.
2. Clock signal is a time varying voltage signal applied to control the operation of a flip flop.
