Printed Circuit Board
1. It is mechanically supports and electrically connects electronic components using conductive tracks instead of wires. Printed circuit board is the heart of every electronic device.

Designing Process of a PCB
Step 1
Design PCB circuit using 'Eagle circuit board' design software.
Step 2
Designed PCB circuit printed out on a plastic sheet.
Step 3
Step 4
To remove the untracked copper using chemicals like ferric chloride, ammonium per-sulphate, etc. Then produce copper tracked printed circuit on the insulated fiber glass.
Step 5
Machines and carbide drills are used to put holes on the printed circuit board and to place the electronic components.

Electronic Components Connection Without Printed Circuit Board
An early 1960's printed circuit boards are not available. those days electronic components are point to point to connect through wires.
In this connection any problem occurs, very difficult to find out and repair.

1. Cut the required size insulated fiber glass and laminated with thin copper plate.
2. Printed designed circuit plastic sheet properly placed on the thin copper plate and provide heat. Then circuit print on the copper layer with copper tracks and remove the plastic sheet.
